One Stop, Love Shop is looking for a friendly, confident, mature, and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Mission, BC.
We are an adult retail store serving customers 18+ and are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fun, non-judgmental, and professional environment. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, has excellent communication skills, and can provide discreet and respectful customer service.
Position Responsibilities
? Provide friendly, professional, and discreet customer service to all customers
? Greet customers and assist them with product questions and selections
? Maintain a welcoming, clean, organized, and professional store environment
? Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
? Handle cash, debit, credit, and other payment transactions
? Balance and maintain the cash register according to store procedures
? Follow all cash-handling and loss-prevention policies
? Process sales
? Stock shelves and maintain attractive product displays
? Receive and organize merchandise
? Check inventory and report low-stock or damaged products
? Clean and maintain the sales floor, counters, displays, and staff areas
? Follow opening and closing procedures
? Maintain customer confidentiality and discretion at all times
? Follow all store policies, safety procedures, and age-verification requirements
? Work independently and as part of a team
? Complete other retail duties as assigned
Cash Handling Requirements
The successful candidate must be comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system.
Responsibilities include:
? Accurately processing cash and electronic payments
? Providing correct change
? Counting and balancing the till
? Reporting discrepancies immediately
? Following all procedures regarding cash security and deposits
? Never leaving cash unattended or allowing unauthorized access to the register
Previous cash-handling or retail experience is an asset.

? Clothing must be clean, neat, and appropriate for a professional retail environment
? Clothing should be tasteful and provide appropriate coverage
? No offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate wording or images on clothing
? Clean, well-maintained footwear is required
? Good personal hygiene is expected
? Employees may be required to wear a store-provided shirt or designated work attire
? Clothing and appearance must be suitable for interacting with customers of all backgrounds in a professional setting
