Sales & Marketing Associate (Internship/Part-time)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to support our team in recruitment, business development, client management, and marketing activities. This role offers hands-on experience in engaging with clients and candidates, supporting recruitment processes, and contributing to the company’s growth.  What We Offer  Hands-on experience in recruitment, sales, business development, and marketing.

   Key Responsibilities  Sales & Recruitment  Assist in identifying potential clients and developing new business opportunities through cold calling and online research. 

Contact clients to understand their hiring needs and introduce the company’s recruitment services. 

Source, screen, and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels. 

Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. 

Maintain and update client and candidate databases. 

Support daily recruitment and business development activities. 

Marketing  Assist in creating social media content, job advertisements, and promotional materials. 

Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness. 

Assist with market research and other marketing-related tasks. 

Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. 

Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

Proactive, organised, and willing to learn. 

Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with clients and candidates. 

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and social media platforms is an advantage. 

Open to internship and part-time arrangements, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time position for the right candidate.
