Requirements (MUST HAVE):

• Minimum 4 years' Chef de Partie experience (or strong Demi Chef de Partie)
• Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Excellent teamwork and ability to perform under pressure
• Applicants must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU.
