Your tasks

Job Overview We are looking for a Travel Consultant who will report directly to the Head of Bookings. In this role, you will manage booking enquiries, answer client questions, handle complaints and assist in building customer loyalty. You will work closely with the Account Managers to ensure a smooth booking process and excellent customer service. This is a hands-on role that requires a motivated, adaptable person who is passionate about delivering high-end experiences to our clients.

Booking Enquiries & Conversions

• Respond promptly to booking enquiries through various channels (email, phone, Whatsapp, chat, etc.).
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure no opportunities are missed.
• Liaise with Account Managers to secure property availability and offer customized solutions to clients.

Customer Service & Support

• Handle client questions and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
• Manage complaints and resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with Account Managers and other internal teams to ensure the booking process is seamless.
