Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant

We are looking for a creative, proactive and commercially minded Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our client's social media, e-commerce, marketing promotions and retail sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms .
• Plan and participate in TikTok Live , including product presentation and customer engagement.
• Develop marketing campaigns for new products, seasonal events, promotions and slow-moving stock .
• Coordinate online, in-store and mall marketing activities and maintain the marketing calendar.
• Create basic marketing artwork, videos and promotional content using Canva, Adobe or other content creation tools .
• Manage and update Shopify , including products, promotions, collections and online merchandising.
• Monitor sales, stock and campaign performance and recommend promotional ideas to improve sales.
• Support retail operations, including customer service, product recommendations, upselling and merchandising .
• Keep up with social media and consumer trends and introduce fresh ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant skills and experience are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and current social media trends .
• Shopify experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite and content creation.
• Good written and spoken English for content creation, customer communication and day-to-day business communication .
• Creative, organised, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and sales environment .
