One Health Clubs is Mississauga?s premium health and fitness club, and demand for personal training is outpacing our team. New clients are ready to start now, so we?re adding trainers at every experience level, from solid floor coaches to 10+ year veterans and exercise therapy specialists.
Your tasks
You won?t spend your time cold-selling or chasing leads. We bring you the clients; you focus on coaching them well and keeping them for the long term.
What you?ll do
- Coach one-on-one and semi-private sessions with clients at every life stage, from young professionals to active older adults
- Build progressive, goal-driven programs and track each client?s results
- Support clients through injuries, chronic conditions and return-to-activity where you have the training to do so
- Keep clients engaged and renewing through great coaching and follow-up
- Contribute to a floor culture built on standards, punctuality and genuine care
Requirements
What you bring
- 2+ years of personal training experience
- A current personal training certification, plus First Aid and CPR
- A degree or diploma in kinesiology, fitness or health (a strong asset)
- Specialties such as exercise therapy, corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, pre/post-natal or active aging (an asset)
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
