Job Summary Logistics Supervisor will support and oversee daily operations by planning, coordinating, and scheduling work activities and resources to ensure efficient workflow and timely issue resolution. Responsibilities Support, supervise, and monitor daily operations schedules to ensure adherence to timelines and targets Plan, coordinate, and schedule work activities, resources, and equipment to optimize operational efficiency Identify and propose improvements to enhance process efficiency and resolve operational challenges Resolve operational issues, conflicts, and emergencies promptly to maintain smooth workflow Report on attendance and track achievement of operational targets for performance monitoring Manage recruitment, selection, and training of staff to build a competent logistics team Perform other duties as assigned to support operational goals
