Aesthetician

The Aesthetician is responsible for assisting doctor for aesthetic procedures as well as providing facialtreatments to customers.

Responsibilities

1. Provide professional consultancy on skin analysis and recommend suitable range of aesthetictreatments and skincare products to customers.
2. Handle clinical photo-taking and the digital skin analysis of customers.
3. Perform hands-on aesthetics facial treatments for customers, with high service standard andexcellence.
4. Handle pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care for customers undergoing doctor’streatments.
5. Assist the doctor during the treatment and procedures.
6. Keep abreast with the aesthetic treatments and products in the market, and constantly upgradeand innovate the products and services of the company.
7. Train and guide the new aestheticians on the treatment protocols, and eventually lead the teamof aestheticians (applicable for Senior Aestheticians).
8. Maintain the medical & aesthetics equipment (including photo-taking and skin analysis devices)in operational condition.
9. Handle the stock-taking of medical and aesthetics supplies/inventories, ensuring adequacy at alltime.
10. Help with the housekeeping of the clinic and front-desk customer service when necessary.
11. Maintain a professional, well groomed, pleasant and approachable personal image.
12. Achieve high level of customer retention and referral.
13. Support to achieve and exceed sales targets.
14. Perform miscellaneous administration or other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• More than 3 years of experience as aesthetician, beautician or therapist
• English and Chinese proficient
• Customer service oriented – strong client focused mindset
• Positive attitude and adaptable
• Desire to make a difference to people’s lives
