- Receive orders/information from customers.
- Checking schedules, rates, possible choice of carrier, space, and booking
- Checking and issuing all related docs for outbound & inbound shipments: S/I, Bill, billing, filling AMS, sending pre-alert, up manifest on time, doing payment, etc
- Coordinate with vendors, and oversea agents for transport arrangements - Make/check/confirm...
- CV in English with photo
- Good in English
- 01- 05 years of experience in Ocean Export/Import operation
- Experience in Ocean Export/ Import in US and EU markets is an advantage
- Good collaboration and multitasking skills
- Honest, active, high discipline
- Good at planning/organizing and time management
- Sufficient computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills
