Your tasks
The Digital Marketing Executive owns the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the organisation's website and digital presence, and produces a high volume of digital content to raise awareness of our healthcare services and support patient engagement. The role combines hands-on website administration, SEO and analytics with strong digital creative production (graphics, video, written content), working closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure all messaging is accurate, compliant and patient-friendly.
Website Management & Optimization
- Manage the company website end-to-end through the CMS: page creation, updates, publishing, plugin and template maintenance.
- Maintain accuracy of service pages, doctor/specialist profiles, treatment information, contact details, and patient resources.
- Plan and improve site structure, navigation and user journeys (e.g., enquiry, appointment request, referral, international patient pathways).
- Conduct on-page and technical SEO: keyword research, meta titles/descriptions, internal linking, schema markup, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and broken-link checks.
- Run regular website performance reviews and recommend improvements, including A/B testing of landing pages, forms and calls-to-action.
- Create and manage campaign landing pages and enquiry forms, ensuring they are tracked and integrated with CRM or enquiry-handling processes where applicable.
- Work with IT and external vendors on hosting, security, backups, domain/SSL renewals, PDPA-compliant cookie consent, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure all web content complies with healthcare advertising guidelines, PDPA, and internal approval processes.
Digital Content Creation & Production Support
- Produce high-quality digital content for web, social media, email and online campaigns on a consistent publishing schedule.
- Design graphics, infographics, social media posts, banners, e-brochures, e-posters, digital invitations, and presentation materials (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, explainers, event highlights and patient education clips (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro); coordinate photo and video shoots.
- Write and edit website copy, blog articles, patient education content, newsletters, captions, and press or announcement content.
- Translate clinical or technical information from healthcare professionals into clear, accurate, patient-friendly content, and obtain sign-off before publishing.
- Maintain a content calendar and a library of reusable templates, brand assets, and approved content.
- Repurpose content across channels (e.g., article → social posts → newsletter → short video) to maximise reach.
- Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Digital Campaigns & Social Media
- Plan, execute and monitor digital campaigns across search, social, email and other online channels, including paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) where applicable.
- Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages appropriately, and escalate sensitive enquiries or feedback to the relevant team.
- Manage email marketing: build mailing lists, design newsletters, and track open and click-through rates.
- Track and report on campaign and social performance (reach, engagement, leads, conversions, cost per lead) with monthly insights and recommendations.
Event & Outreach Digital Support
- Create digital promotional materials for events, talks, workshops, and outreach activities (e-invites, banners, registration pages, countdown posts).
- Manage online registration forms and event landing pages.
- Provide live social media coverage and post-event content (recaps, photo albums, highlight videos).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with clinicians, nursing, business development, patient liaison and operations teams to gather content and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, photographers and videographers as needed.
- Support ad hoc marketing and communications requests.
