OnboardNG is looking for an experienced and driven Study Abroad Admissions & Visa Consultant to join our team.

Your tasks

• Communicate with prospective students via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Advise students on suitable study abroad destinations, universities, and programmes.
• Process UK and Canada university admission applications.
• Process and support UK and Canada student visa applications.
• Guide students through the admission and visa application process from start to finish.
• Review students’ documents and ensure applications are properly prepared and submitted.
• Prepare students for visa interviews.
• Follow up with students and prospective applicants throughout the application process.
• Achieve assigned monthly student recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate student records and manage leads using our CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely communication to students.
• Stay informed about relevant admission and visa requirements and updates.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience processing UK and Canada university admissions and student visa applications. You should also be confident in guiding students throughout the admission and visa application process.

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience processing UK and Canada university admissions and student visa applications.
• Proven experience guiding students through admission and visa application processes.
• Experience in student recruitment and sales.
• Good knowledge of UK and Canada study abroad processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets

What we offer

Salary: ₦180,000 per month
