Onar Seaside Lounge, a sophisticated multi-purpose venue in Loutraki, Chania, and a member of the Oniros Experience Group, is seeking Waiters / Waitresses to staff its team ahead of the 2027 summer season.

Your tasks

Responsibilities

• Taking and executing orders with professionalism and consistency.
• Excellent customer service in the beach bar and restaurant areas.
• Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professional appearance.
• Collaborating with the rest of the team for the smooth operation of the venue.
• Adherence to hygiene and safety rules.
• Contributing to the creation of a unique experience for every visitor.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Communication skills and team spirit.
• Responsibility, consistency, and willingness to cooperate.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Good knowledge of English, while additional foreign languages will be appreciated.
• Previous experience in a beach bar, hotels, or premium hospitality venues will be considered an advantage.
