Your tasks

As an Office Manager at the Berlin location, you will be responsible for all matters of the overarching office and fleet organization and will be an important support for the local teams in their daily work.
- You take care of all building-related processes such as rental matters, coordination of cleaning and caretaker services
- You manage our office fleet, register new vehicles in the system, and take care of scheduling necessary service measures
- You check and record credit card and incoming invoices and process incoming/outgoing mail
- You take care of the provision of office supplies, the preparation of meeting rooms, and the organization of events
- You process general customer inquiries
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training and several years of professional experience
- You have good English skills and possess a Class B driver's license
- You work in an organized manner and implement your tasks independently and goal-oriented
