Knowledge Excellence Coordinator

Your tasks

As a Knowledge Excellence Coordinator, you own the day-to-day excellence of our intranet and knowledge platform, and you lead the projects that improve how OMP manages documents and shares expertise. You work at the intersection of content, people, and Microsoft 365.

You are responsible for

• Keeping our intranet, OMPlanet, healthy: safeguarding its structure, page quality, and metadata so people find what they need
• Leading knowledge projects, from document management improvements to knowledge transfer initiatives
• Coaching content owners and experts across teams to create, maintain, and share content that stands the test of time
• Reporting on content health and adoption, and proposing the improvements that follow from it
• Supporting colleagues with functional Microsoft 365 questions and turning recurring ones into lasting guidance and trainings for our end-user community
