Production Supervisor

• Control and be responsible for Man, Machine, Material, and Method (4M) to produce quality output according to the production plan, in order to achieve the company's policies and goals.
• Comply with rules and regulations, and control subordinates to comply with the company's work rules and regulations.
• Comply with manuals, requirements, and various regulations related to the standard systems implemented by the company, such as ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 14001, or other standard systems implemented according to policy, to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness.
• Responsible for ensuring that subordinates receive training in operational skills according to their positions and in accordance with the nature of the work performed.
• Responsible for acting as a mentor to supervise and provide guidance on work operations, as well as evaluating the practical training results of subordinates according to the criteria recorded in the skill matrix.
• Responsible for maintaining the skill matrix of subordinates regarding transfers, rotations, or promotions of employees.

Qualifications: Male, aged 30 years and above. High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree or higher. 4 years of experience or more in the plastic industry, or 5 years of experience or more in other industrial sectors. Experience as a supervisor, having had subordinates, or having previously managed production using manpower. Can speak, read, write, and understand English, and can use Microsoft Windows & Office programs. Understand Quality and Environmental Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949). Good eyesight, must not be color blind. Good personality and attitude, initiative and creativity, with the ability to coordinate with employees at all levels. Possess appropriate maturity for a supervisory role, leadership qualities, and the ability to work under pressure regarding time constraints. Able to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, night). Working days: Monday - Saturday, Off: Sunday.
