(Senior) Consultant for the Implementation of Technology Projects (m/f/d) Location is Eckental | Nuremberg, Aschaffenburg or Darmstadt Your tasks

Your area of responsibility covers all phases of project implementation:

• from requirements analysis and specification
• through implementation
• to system commissioning

Your main focus is to implement and support all phases of product introduction:

• PLANNING: actively create and elaborate requirements analysis with our customers
• CONFIGURING: design solutions and implement them until product maturity
• INTRODUCING: together with the customer, hand over the introduction and implementation to product sales.

You work actively with your customers through workshops and interviews, both via telephone, email, and in person on-site.

Your requirements

• Completed studies at a university of applied sciences or university in the field of computer science or other engineering sciences
• Knowledge in business process modeling, preferably in the area of Service Management (ITIL), project management
• Customer-oriented thinking and appearance
• Good English skills
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Enjoyment of direct interaction with customers
• Willingness to travel within Germany
