A PROJECT MANAGER (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) in Quimper (29)

Your mission:

In close collaboration with the Business Manager, you are the point of reference for the operational management of projects. A true conductor, you coordinate all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of business, from the design phase to commissioning.

Your main responsibilities:

Pilot the project in its entirety: contractual, technical, financial, and scheduling aspects;

Build and monitor key project milestones until commissioning;

Lead and coordinate internal and external multidisciplinary teams;

Anticipate risks, arbitrate technical issues, and propose suitable solutions;

Manage the client relationship throughout the project;

Guarantee compliance with cost, deadline, quality, and safety commitments;

Participate in the continuous improvement of our methods and capitalize on lessons learned (REX)

With a higher education background such as an engineering degree or equivalent (Master's degree), you have developed a solid technical culture allowing you to understand the challenges of the various disciplines involved in a project and to effectively coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

You have significant experience in managing complex technical or industrial projects and wish to evolve on innovative projects at the heart of the energy transition. Experience in the fields of energy, electrical infrastructure, renewable energies, or industry is an asset.

Recognized for your organizational skills, your ability to anticipate, and your pragmatism, you are capable of managing a project while maintaining a global vision of priorities and objectives.

You enjoy environments where autonomy, initiative, and responsibility play an important role. Your interpersonal skills allow you to interact with various stakeholders, both internally and with clients, suppliers, and partners.

You use English in a professional context and are comfortable communicating with international partners (minimum B2 level).
