QUALITY TECHNICIAN (M/F)

The Group is recruiting for its "Eléments Chauffants Souples" BU.

FLEXELEC (€15M turnover - 50 employees), a subsidiary of the OMERIN Group, specializes in the design and manufacture of cables and flexible heating elements. Our products are intended for electric tracing, temperature maintenance, and freeze protection for refrigeration, railway construction, air conditioning, building, and petrochemicals....

Reporting to the site management, you are the guarantor of the proper application of quality standards within our workshops. At the crossroads of customer, production, and quality challenges, you coordinate the processing of non-conformities, support field teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes to ensure product compliance and customer satisfaction.

In this capacity, your main missions will be:

• Administer and monitor internal non-conformities, suppliers, and customer complaints
• Identify the causes of deviations and drive corrective and preventive actions with the relevant teams
• Verify product compliance during rework operations
• Support production teams in the application of quality procedures and standards
• Perform field monitoring and control the proper implementation of quality instructions
• Participate in drafting quality documents in French and English (operating modes, control sheets, procedures)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality system
• Participate in the preparation and conduct of internal, customer, or certification audits.

You will also be the internal contact for the sales department, who may request your assistance to complete and update HSE declarations and documents required by certain customers.

• Education: Bac+2 to Bac+3 in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field
• A first experience in an industrial environment is desired
• You enjoy being present in the field and interacting (both internally and externally)
• You are recognized for your rigor, analytical spirit, pragmatism, and ability to drive matters forward
• English: Fluent (written / spoken)
• You have an appetite for technical products and industrial environments
• Knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.) is a plus.
