Collection Officer

Collection Representative OMEGA Refrigeration is looking for an experienced Collection Representative to follow up with clients and collect the company’s outstanding payments. Responsibilities Visit clients to collect payments, cheques, and required documents.

Follow up with clients on due and overdue payments.

Negotiate professionally with clients to ensure payments are collected on time.

Maintain regular follow-up until outstanding amounts are collected.

Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding amounts due from each client.

Handle payment delays and client issues professionally.

Report delayed or difficult collection cases to management.

Prepare regular updates on collected and outstanding amounts.

Maintain professional relationships with clients while protecting the company’s financial rights.

Requirements

Commerce Diploma.

3–5 years of experience in collection.

Previous experience in field collection and direct client handling.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Smart, confident, persistent, and professional personality.

Good ability to deal with different types of clients.

Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Good organization and time-management skills.

Previous experience in commercial or industrial companies is preferred.
