Research & Development (R&D) Specialist

Omega Pharma is seeking a motivated Research & Development (R&D) Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and optimization of pharmaceutical formulations while supporting product scale-up, technology transfer, and regulatory documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for human and veterinary products.
• Conduct laboratory trials and prepare technical documentation (BMR, MFR, Formulation Sheets).
• Perform product scale-up and support technology transfer to manufacturing sites.
• Evaluate raw materials and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
• Support stability studies and prepare regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with QA, RA, Production, and Toll Manufacturing teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and company quality standard

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Research & Development.
• Experience in formulation development of pharmaceutical dosage forms.
• Good knowledge of oral solid and liquid dosage forms is preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements and pharmaceutical documentation.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
