Tooling Engineer – PCB

1. Create, maintain, and verify Electrical Test (ET) Programs to support PCB production.
2. Prepare, review, and maintain Frame data according to customer specifications and manufacturing requirements.
3. Develop and validate 3D Programs for production equipment and tooling applications.
4. Verify engineering data accuracy before releasing to production.

Coordinate with CAM, MI, Production, QA, and PPE teams to resolve tooling-related issues.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in Tooling Engineering, PCB manufacturing, or related engineering functions preferred Knowledge of ET Programs, Frame, and 3D Programs is an advantage. Able to read and interpret Engineering Drawings, Gerber Files, CAD Data, and manufacturing documents Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and engineering data preparation. Good communication skills in English. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
