Sales Office Assistant

Since 1956, Konstantopoulos S.A. "Olymp" has been one of the leading Greek export companies in the edible olives and olive oil sector — with a presence in 60+ countries worldwide, facilities in Katerini and Kalamata, and 400+ employees. As part of our steady evolution and the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a Sales Office Assistant to strengthen our Sales Department in Katerini.

What you will do:

• Customer service and management of email correspondence regarding orders
• Order entry in SAP
• Support for all sales department processes
• Providing reporting to management
• Collaboration with other departments for the smooth execution of orders

Required Qualifications:

• University/TEI degree, ideally in Business Administration or Marketing
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems
• Experience in SAP will be particularly appreciated
• Organizational and communication skills, team spirit
• Knowledge of a second foreign language will be appreciated
