Main responsibilities:
- Conducting regular inspections of production facilities to identify hazards and evaluate safety measures
- Providing guidance and advice to management for the prevention of occupational accidents
- Monitoring compliance with current Health & Safety legislation
- Preparation and updating of occupational risk assessment studies
- Design and implementation of training programs for personnel on safety matters
- Collaboration with the Production and Quality departments to implement corrective actions
- Maintenance of accident records and relevant safety documents
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Production & Management Engineering, or another technical specialty related to facilities and the production process)
- Ability to perform the duties of a Safety Engineer based on current labor legislation, upon declaration to SEPE
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Organizational and communication skills, team spirit
- Previous experience in an industrial environment will be appreciated
