Production Office Manager

Since 1956, Konstantopoulos S.A. "Olymp" has been one of the leading Greek export companies in the edible olives and olive oil sector — with a presence in 60+ countries worldwide, facilities in Katerini and Kalamata, and over 400 employees. As part of our steady evolution and the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a Production Office Manager for our team in Katerini.

What you will do:

• Administration and organization of the production office team
• Supervision of production order management in SAP (S/4HANA)
• Verification of the accuracy of raw material, packaging material, and auxiliary material consumption
• Management and updating of production recipes (BOM)
• Supervision of inventories and stock reconciliation
• Support for certifications (IFS, BRC, SMETA) in collaboration with QA
• Preparation of monthly reports to the Production Management

Required Qualifications:

• University/Technical degree in a related field (Production, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration)
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
• Experience in management or coordination of a small team
• Experience in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) — full training in SAP S/4HANA is provided
• Very good knowledge of Excel and analytical thinking
• Organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of English
• Experience in food or knowledge of IFS/BRC will be appreciated
