We are a world leader in the chemical and gas industry sector. As part of our development at our plant located in Ariège (09), we are looking for a Deputy Site Manager / Director (M/F) ready to take on large-scale challenges.

Drive the operational excellence and industrial performance of the site.

Manage production and operations teams with leadership.

Guarantee strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

Collaborate daily in English with your international counterparts.

Profile Description:

With an Engineering degree or a Master's degree (Bac+5) in an industrial field, you have solid experience in Production or Operations Management.

You must be proficient in English and wish to evolve quickly towards a Site Director position with salary increases and benefits.

Your compensation will be €60K gross annual, accompanied by a 13th month, an annual bonus of 6%, profit sharing, meal vouchers (TR) at €11.2, health insurance, and a vacation bonus.
