Project and Construction Responsibilities:-

  • Draft method statements and execute, monitor, and follow up on production activities and cost calculations.
  • Follow up on project planning, ensuring timely input from supporting departments and external partners. Monitor design development, material deliveries, method statements, technical submissions, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and other project reports, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
  • Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for residential construction projects based on approved drawings and technical specifications.
  • Assist in preparing and updating construction schedules, activity sequences, and short-term work programmes to support timely project completion.
  • Monitor site progress and compare planned versus actual performance to identify delays and support the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve technical, contractual, and commercial issues throughout project execution.
  • Monitor project expenditure, material consumption, and budget performance while supporting cost-control and financial reporting activities.
  • Prepare progress reports, quantity reconciliation statements, subcontractor payment documentation, and other project records for management review.

Requirements :

  • Strong interest in tendering and tender coordination.
  • Strong interest in soil, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS), tendering, or tender coordination.
