Finance Transformation Lead

I'm recruiting for a growing insurance group looking for a senior finance professional to help shape and improve its finance function.

Your tasks

Reporting to the Group CFO, this role offers a mix of financial control, FP&A and transformation, with plenty of scope to influence how the business operates and supports its continued growth.

Requirements

Key responsibilities

• Drive improvements across finance processes, controls and reporting
• Review existing systems and identify opportunities to automate and improve efficiency
• Strengthen balance sheet controls and month-end reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis
• Work with senior stakeholders to improve financial insight and decision-making
• Get involved in wider business projects, including systems and operational improvements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Insurance experience essential
• Strong background in financial control and management reporting
• Experience delivering finance process improvements or transformation projects
• Good understanding of FP&A, budgeting and forecasting
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and challenging existing processes
