Aladdin Ivestment Data Analyst - Perm - London Hybrid

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the team expert/champion for BlackRock Aladdin , particularly Aladdin Explore and reporting dashboards.
• Produce and review daily, monthly and quarterly investment reports for investment teams and committees.
• Support IBOR data , NAV sign-off, reconciliations, valuations and investigation of data exceptions.
• Monitor risk metrics such as DV01, PV01, exposure, spread, liquidity and collateral.
• Analyse P&L attribution and derivative valuations .
• Run valuation/pricing models for complex private assets, including Equity Release Mortgages (ERMs) .
• Identify opportunities to automate, improve and strengthen reporting processes and controls .
• Work closely with Investments, Finance and IT and contribute to change/project initiatives.

Main requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Aladdin/Aladdin Explore and investment reporting.
• Strong Fixed Income and Derivatives knowledge.
• Understanding of Duration, Spread, PV01 and IE01 .
• Advanced Excel , including VBA and PivotTables ; Python is desirable.
• Experience with Power BI , IBOR, valuation models and investment data.
• Previous experience working with investment teams, ideally in asset management, banking, insurance or hedge funds .

In short: this is a technical investment operations/reporting role combining investment knowledge, Aladdin, data/MI reporting, valuation and risk analysis, with a strong focus on automation and process improvement .
