Senior Data Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Salary range: up to 45 400,00€ annual gross.

Profile:

• More than 5 years of experience in the Data field as a Product Manager or Product Owner with a technical background;
• Strong expertise in data platforms, scalable architectures, and analytics engineering;
• Experience with data modeling techniques, dimensional modeling, and advanced SQL;
• Experience defining governance frameworks, metadata strategies, and data quality standards;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Fabric;
• Experience with cloud data warehouses;
• Proven experience managing product lifecycles from ideation to delivery;
• Experience creating product strategies, vision documents, and roadmaps;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI;
• Understanding of cost optimization, privacy, and compliance in data environments;
• Conceptual knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, ML workflows, feature engineering, SLAs, data contracts, and quality agreements;
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFE, or Kanban;
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level);

Responsibilities:

• Align data initiatives with strategic priorities and technical frameworks;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international hubs;
• Lead initiatives end-to-end, from ideation through execution and delivery;
• Define and implement governance frameworks and metadata management strategies;
• Ensure developments deliver measurable value to platform users;
• Drive priorities, roadmaps, and scalable data solutions;
• Implement agile methodologies to optimize workflows and delivery;
• Promote a data-as-a-product mindset across the organization;
• Support the creation of resilient, high-quality, and scalable data products;
