We are looking for a Product Owner to join a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Salary range: 31.000.00€ - 31.450.00€ annual gross.

Profile:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner;
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices in Product Management;
• Experience in managing and prioritising Product Backlogs;
• Ability to translate business requirements into features and User Stories;
• Experience of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders;
• Strong organisational, communication and priority-management skills;
• Ability to identify risks and dependencies and ensure deliverables are aligned with business objectives;
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Customer-focused and committed to the continuous delivery of value;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an Agile environment;
• Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory).

Responsibilities:

• Define, manage and prioritise the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable User Stories for the development teams;
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Development, Design and business stakeholders;
• Gather and analyse feedback from users and customers to evolve the product vision and roadmap;
• Ensure that the backlog is organised, prioritised and prepared for the different stages of development;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospectives;
• Monitor the product’s progress, identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement;
• Ensure regular communication of progress, risks and the status of deliverables to senior management;
• Collaborate on defining and implementing best practices for product management and continuous improvement.
