FIELD Sales Officer

Compensation

50,000 Naira base salary and a target- based commission

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Field Marketers to join our growing e-commerce team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, engaging potential customers, generating leads, and driving sales within assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s products and services directly to potential customers.
• Identify and generate new leads within assigned locations.
• Engage prospective customers and convert leads into customers.
• Meet assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Submit regular reports on field activities and sales performance.
• Represent the company professionally in the field.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE; OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in field sales, marketing, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Must be proactive, persuasive, and results-oriented.
• Must be willing to work in the field.
