What it's about:

• Responsibility for the further development, implementation, and sustainable maintenance of the management system for the continuous improvement of company processes
• Advising the management on all matters regarding the quality and management system
• Ensuring conformity with relevant standards and customer requirements (including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949)
• Planning, conducting, and evaluating internal audits as well as supporting external audits
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions for the sustainable improvement of processes and results
• Analysis and reporting on performance, strengths, weaknesses, and improvement potential of the management system to the management board
• Promoting quality awareness as well as ensuring compliance with customer requirements throughout the entire company
• Coordination, maintenance, and further development of management documentation
• Organization, preparation, and execution of the annual management review
• Training and instruction of employees regarding changes and further developments of the management system

What you need for this:

• Master craftsman, technician, or engineering degree, preferably in a technical field
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive supplier industry
• Sound knowledge of the standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 19011
• Experience in the establishment, maintenance, and further development of integrated management systems
• Training as an internal auditor according to IATF 16949 as well as ideally as a process auditor VDA 6.3
• Confident handling of MS Office and CAQ systems
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong quality awareness as well as an analytical and structured way of working
• High level of initiative, assertiveness, and communication skills
• Confident appearance when dealing with executives, auditors, and external partners
• Teamwork skills as well as the ability to successfully accompany changes within the company
