Position Requirements:

Painting and Drywalling Experience an asset *Able to pay attention to detail* Comfortable with heavy lifting *Bondable* Valid Drivers License and Good Drivers Abstract *Follow direction and instruction easily* Be available for overtime/weekend hours when necessary *Work well alone as well as in a team and comfortable with a changing environment in an emergency response based business* Restoration Experience an asset

*Vast experience in interior finishing a must & exterior finishing ability an asset* Cabinet installation and repair experience an asset *Comfortable using Smart Phones, Tablets and App Technology* Full ability to use all hand and power tools _*5+ YEARS CARPENTRY EXPERIENCE NECESARY*_
