Quality Control officer

Responsibilities:

Inspect rental and décor items before dispatch to ensure they are clean, complete, functional, and in good condition. Inspect items returned from events and identify damaged, missing, stained, or defective items. Verify quantities and item conditions against job/order lists. Inspect décor items such as chairs, tables, linens, charger plates, centrepieces, furniture, drapes, backdrops, props, and other event equipment. Ensure damaged or defective items are separated and properly documented. Maintain accurate records of damaged, missing, repaired, and returned items. Conduct quality checks during event setup to ensure the setup meets approved specifications and company standards. Report quality issues promptly to the relevant department and management. Work closely with the Operations, Styling, Store, Laundry, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues. Conduct periodic checks of warehouse inventory to ensure rental items remain in good condition. Follow through on repairs, cleaning, maintenance, and replacement of defective items. Prepare regular quality control reports and recommend improvements to reduce damage, losses, and customer complaints. Ensure company quality control procedures are consistently followed.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of a BSC 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
