Warehouse Support Leader (Pathum Thani)

1. Control and audit the recording of data for receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials, packaging, consumables, containers, finished goods of Oishi tea, drinking water, BIB, Dry mix, ZEA Tuna Essence, including circulating consumables and customers' finished goods, through the SAP system.
2. Coordinate with both internal and external departments, ensuring continuous workflow, and control the inspection of product conditions and stock counting.
3. Supervise the document system related to quality systems to ensure compliance with requirements and keep them updated at all times.
4. Plan to develop personnel potential to have the knowledge and skills appropriate for the work to support and align with the organization's business expansion.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Logistics, or related fields, or having experience in the field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in warehousing and distribution, or having knowledge and ability in the field. Have knowledge and understanding of warehouse control processes: receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials, packaging consumables, circulating containers, and finished goods. Able to efficiently manage forklifts and various equipment necessary for activities within the warehouse. Have knowledge and understanding of quality systems: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NFS, FSSC, GMP, HACCP. Have knowledge in controlling, coaching, delegating, and monitoring work. Proficient in using the SAP system. Have basic knowledge of the TPM system. Able to use Microsoft Office well. Have communication and coordination skills. Proficient in using RF Scan. Basic English language skills.
