Inventory Planning Officer

Prepare and plan the delivery of finished goods, including outsourced and contract manufactured goods, in accordance with the Loading Forecast for both domestic and international customers through the ERP (SAP) system, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Transportation Order Management System (TOMS) to ensure customers receive products according to their requirements within the specified time. Additionally, control finished goods transportation costs and coordinate with both internal and external departments of the organization to ensure continuous operations, including improving work systems to support finished goods delivery according to customer requirements under relevant quality systems and laws, while performing duties in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields, or having relevant experience. Not less than 3 years of experience in warehouse and delivery management. Knowledge of receiving, storing, and issuing finished goods, raw materials, and packaging. Proficiency in using warehouse management software. Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS). Knowledge of ERP (SAP) system. Knowledge of Transportation Order Management System (TOMS). Ability to communicate in English. Communication and coordination skills. Negotiation skills.
