Your tasks

For a global company, we are now looking for a driven and structured person who wants to work with the development and continuous improvement of the company's websites around Europe. Here, you will have a varied and business-oriented role where the focus lies on implementing, coordinating, and following up on digital activities in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners. About the role As a Web Project Manager, you will become part of an international marketing team where you work with coordinating, implementing, and following up on various web-related projects and activities. You will work closely with the person responsible for the web strategy and collaborate with colleagues within, among other things, digital marketing, content, and design, as well as external web agencies. The role is both coordinating and operational, where you get to help translate plans into concrete results. This can involve everything from coordinating the production of new web pages and landing pages to updating existing content, managing translations, and ensuring that the websites maintain a high quality. You will become an important link between different teams and partners and are responsible for driving activities forward, following up on deliveries, and ensuring that projects are completed according to plan. In summary, you will work with: Coordinating and implementing web projects, from planning and brief to final delivery. Updating and quality-assuring content on the company's websites, for example, texts, images, forms, and landing pages. Collaborating with internal teams and external web agencies to coordinate needs, feedback, and deliveries. Coordinating content and translations for websites in several different languages and markets. Ensuring that the websites' content, design, and functionality follow the company's guidelines and maintain high quality. Following up on schedules, prioritizing activities, and ensuring that projects and tasks are driven forward. Contributing to continuous improvements of the websites based on business needs and digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

We are looking for you who Have at least 3 years of experience working with web, digital marketing, or coordination of digital projects. Have experience working in CMS systems and a good understanding of how websites are built and function. Have experience coordinating activities and collaborating with several different teams or external partners. Have a basic understanding of SEO, digital content, and how the web interacts with other digital marketing channels. Have very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. It is also a merit if you have worked in an international organization.
