Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d) for our client in Bonn on a full-time basis, within the framework of temporary employment with the option of permanent employment, for a very short period of time.

Support and placement are free of charge for the applicant.

Tasks:

• Preliminary recording and posting of incoming invoices
• Obtaining invoice verifications and approvals from those responsible
• Creating payment proposal lists in ProAlpha and transferring them to online banking
• Implementing and optimizing processes in ProAlpha and the upstream recording system
• Building up the accounts payable accounting as part of the insourcing process
• Cooperation with the general ledger accounting and controlling
• Cooperation with IT and other departments
• Carrying out analyses in coordination with controlling
• Clearing and cleaning up open items and balances

Profile:

• Commercial training (m/f/d) (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Office Clerk), preferably with further training in accounting
• Very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB
• Several years of experience with accounting in ERP systems (e.g., ProAlpha, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), ideally experience from ERP projects
• Solid English skills
• Good understanding of complex relationships
• High IT affinity
