Asset & Projects Management Engineer

• Monitoring and managing company assets and engineering projects.
• Developing preventive maintenance and resource requirement plans.
• Formulating procurement plans and monitoring warehouse inventory levels.
• Preparing and tracking project schedules and implementation programs.
• Providing technical supervision of contractors and technicians.
• Monitoring on-site project execution and ensuring compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Preparing and reviewing technical specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Overseeing maintenance and improvement activities for company assets.
• Updating asset records and preparing periodic reports.
• Monitoring completion rates, costs, and variances.
• Coordinating with various departments, contractors, and suppliers.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality and safety standards.

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics). ✅ At least 5 years of practical experience in asset management and/or engineering project management. ✅ Experience in monitoring and executing engineering projects and site-based work. ✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. ✅ Experience with Asset Management or ERP systems is preferred. ✅ Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. ✅ Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. ✅ Proficiency in English. ✅ Ability to travel between company sites and project locations.
