Your tasks

As a Senior Business Analyst at Ohpen , you are much more than just the link between business and IT. You are a strategic partner to our clients and a subject-matter expert in mortgages and financial services. You'll work on groundbreaking projects that are transforming the mortgage industry. This includes improving customer journeys, optimizing processes, and supporting system implementations - all powered by our leading cloud-based Core Banking Engine .

You translate client needs into feasible, valuable product functionality, directly contributing to the quality, relevance, and impact of our products. Your experience and insight help create solutions that not only work today, but are designed with the future in mind.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in the Dutch mortgage market (required).
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in a technology-driven environment.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services, with a strong focus on mortgages.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to translate client needs into practical, technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and results.
