Contract Lawyer (m/f/d) (Jurist/in)

Your Tasks

• Legal support for the commercial department, particularly with public sector customers
• Creation, pursuit, and administration of contracts in cooperation with the responsible commercial manager
• Support during contract negotiations with customers and subcontractors
• Preparation and evaluation of tender documents
• Design of policies, processes, and standards in cooperation with the central Legal department
• Conducting training sessions for the commercial department
• If necessary, support in the area of insurance

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Law or Business Law with a focus on contract law or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in project business, ideally dealing with public clients (e.g., aerospace, plant engineering, or mechanical engineering)
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field of responsibility
• Sound knowledge of international contract law as well as competition and contract law
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
• Efficient, independent way of working, even in very complex matters
• Commitment, resilience, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing; knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable
