Your Tasks

Software Development (Focus)

  • Development of Embedded Software for satellite on-board systems (C/C++ or Rust)

Your Qualifications

  • Sound knowledge in Embedded Software development (C/C++ and/or Rust)
  • Understanding of real-time systems, deterministic behavior, and resource-constrained environments
  • Knowledge of common on-board communication standards (SpaceWire, CAN, Ethernet, serial protocols)
  • Initial or in-depth experience in requirements engineering or Systems Engineering (e.g., DOORS, Polarion)
  • Experience in regulated development environments (e.g., ECSS)
  • Very good English skills (mandatory); German skills (Nice to have)
  • Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for spaceflight
