Senior Commercial & Contracts Manager:in (m/f/d) (Controller:in)

Your Tasks

• Independent management of expected project results with regard to corporate objectives and in close cooperation with the responsible organization
• Preparation and management of extensive commercial offers
• Actual and cash flow controlling, taking responsibility for optimization in cooperation with Project Managers or Program Directors
• Commercial and contract management for large international space projects: drafting, negotiation (and decision) and implementation of contract terms with customers and subcontractors (in cooperation with Procurement)
• Coordination of commercial multi-project aspects
• Preparation, tracking and management of change proposals / change orders in ongoing projects
• Preparation of contractual and commercial tender documents
• Risk analysis and definition of measures for risk mitigation / prevention tactics
• Review of subcontractor offers and offer evaluation and decision-making

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in Commercial Project Management with a focus on Project Controlling and / or Contract Management
• Efficient, independent way of working and very good organizational skills
• Commitment, resilience, assertiveness as well as teamwork skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
• SAP user knowledge is helpful
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
