Your Tasks
- Independent management of expected project results with regard to company objectives and in close cooperation with the responsible organization
- Creation and management of extensive commercial offers
- Actual and cash-flow controlling, taking responsibility for optimization in cooperation with Project Managers or Program Directors
- Commercial and contract management for large international space projects: drafting, negotiation (and decision) and implementation of contract terms with customers and subcontractors (in cooperation with Procurement)
- Coordination of commercial multi-project aspects
- Preparation, tracking and management of change proposals / change contracts in ongoing projects
- Creation of contractual and commercial tender documents
- Risk analysis and definition of measures for risk mitigation / prevention tactics
- Review of subcontractor offers and offer evaluation and decision-making
Your Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in Commercial Project Management with a focus on Project Controlling and / or Contract Management
- Efficient, independent way of working and very good organizational skills
- Commitment, resilience, assertiveness as well as teamwork skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
- SAP user knowledge is helpful
