Product Assurance and Supply Quality Manager (m/f/d) (Project Lead / Project Manager)

Your Tasks

Become part of an interdisciplinary project team and shape the quality of innovative space projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. In this responsible role, you will ensure that the highest quality standards are met, thereby making a decisive contribution to the success of our missions.

• Responsibility for the implementation and compliance of Product Assurance and quality requirements within your area of responsibility
• Planning, moderation, and follow-up of quality reviews as well as relevant project milestones
• Management of Non-Conformance Management as well as leading the corresponding review and decision-making bodies
• Close cooperation with Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, and other specialist departments to ensure quality goals
• Coordination of the information flow between internal and external stakeholders as well as promoting cross-departmental cooperation
• Support of quality-relevant topics along the supply chain and cooperation with suppliers to ensure product quality
• Identification and implementation of improvement measures for the continuous optimization of processes and quality standards
• Regular reporting to the Project Product Assurance Manager as well as to the specialist department

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience in the field of Product Assurance, Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, or quality management – ideally in the space, aerospace, or another regulated high-tech industry
• Ability to manage several complex topics simultaneously while setting priorities reliably
• Strong communication and moderation skills as well as a confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a high awareness of quality
• Enjoyment in taking on responsibility, making decisions, and representing them convincingly
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing; German skills are an advantage
• Willingness for regular business travel as well as enjoyment of working in an international project environment
