Commercial & Contracts Manager (m/f/d) (Controller)

Your Tasks

• Independent management of expected project results with regard to company objectives and in close cooperation with the responsible organization
• Creation and management of extensive commercial offers
• Actual and cash flow controlling, taking responsibility for optimization in cooperation with project managers or program directors
• Commercial and contract management for large international space projects: drafting, negotiation (and decision) and implementation of contract terms with customers and subcontractors (in cooperation with procurement)
• Coordination of commercial multi-project aspects
• Preparation, tracking and management of change proposals / change orders in ongoing projects
• Creation of contractual and commercial tender documents
• Risk analysis and definition of measures for risk mitigation / prevention tactics
• Review of subcontractor offers and offer evaluation and decision-making

Your Qualifications

• Completed university degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in commercial project controlling and / or contract management (Commercial Project Management)
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working as well as very good organizational skills
• Commitment, resilience, assertiveness as well as teamwork skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
• ERP user knowledge desirable (SAP R3 or comparable)
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
