Quality Assurance (Manual)

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze business and technical requirements to ensure test coverage.
• Design and document clear, comprehensive, and structured test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Execute manual and/or automated test cases across different environments.
• Identify, document, and track software defects/bugs, ensuring timely communication with developers.
• Prepare and deliver test reports, including defect metrics and overall test progress.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and tools.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2-5 years of proven experience in QA Manual as a Test Analyst
• Strong understanding of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle), testing types, and defect management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Understanding of Functional and Regression testing
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration with developer and business analyst
• Willing to be placed in Banking industry
