TOURISM DEVELOPMENT AGENTS

Tourism development agent with a Degree or Bachelor's in tourism or, in geography, marketing, business..., and with knowledge in strategic planning, project management and control. Knowledge of local and territorial development, tourism planning and governance, product (BTT, cycling tourism, ecotourism, geotourism, heritage, enogastronomy), digital tourism marketing, tourism intelligence and public procurement. Good knowledge of the socioeconomic dimension and the tourism reality of Pallars Jussà, of Geoparc Orígens and of the agents of the Pyrenees. Demonstrable experience in technical tourism positions in local administration, in sector revitalization and in the management and justification of public funds. Management and relational skills to deal with the actors of the territory: communication, persuasion, initiative, creativity, negotiation, coordination, analysis, decision, flexibility and commitment to the public sector and the territory. C1 level of Catalan, English or French at B2 level. B permit and availability for travel within the region and for events outside of regular hours.
