In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in the management and analysis of processes related to the certified green coffee stock, using data analysis tools to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with certification requirements. Responsible for generating operational insights and supporting decision-making for the Sustainability area.

Responsibilities and assignments
- Monitor and analyze certified green coffee stock data, identifying inconsistencies, trends, and improvement opportunities;
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports using Excel and Power BI to track operational indicators;
- Ensure the integrity of records for entries, exits, and transfers of certified batches in the system;
- Interface with internal areas (commercial, logistics, and quality) for process alignment and deviation resolution;
- Support internal and external audits, preparing documentation and evidence related to certifications;
- Propose improvements in control and certificate issuance processes, based on critical analysis and historical data;
- Perform announcements on the Rainforest portal and issue certificates, ensuring compliance with the certifying body's requirements;
- Participate in projects and initiatives of the Sustainability area, contributing with analyses, reports, and technical support;
- Strictly comply with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment standards and procedures, in accordance with the Integrated Management Policy, the company's Code of Conduct, and its Values and Principles.
Requirements and qualifications
Education: Completed Higher Education in Administration, Agribusiness, Engineering, Logistics, or related areas.
Technical Knowledge:
- Experience with inventory management systems; familiarity with agribusiness certifications will be considered a differentiator;
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, or similar);
- English from intermediate level onwards;
- Mastery of Office Package, with emphasis on advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI will be an important differentiator;
- Experience or notions in audit processes.
