Customer Service Chat Representative - Seasonal Offer

We are looking for Customer Service for a seasonal campaign, 100% chats!

FIXED-TERM contract (approx. 3 months, Oct-Jan)

Salary: $3.249.095 COP

• $2.500.000 base salary
• $270.000 fixed bonus
• $230.000 performance bonus
• $249.095 transportation allowance

Night shifts, Sundays, and holidays surcharges.

Barranquilla – Torre Atlántica 100% on-site modality

Shifts: operation Monday to Sunday from 6:00 a. m. to 12:00 a. m. 8 working hours + 1 hour for lunch (rotating shifts). 2 consecutive days off.

Transportation for night shifts from 9:00 p. m. towards Barranquilla, Soledad, Puerto Colombia, and Malambo.

Training: 2 weeks, Monday to Friday, daytime schedule and weekends off.

Estimated start date: October 8th.

Functions: customer service, orders, deliveries, payments, FAQs, and loyalty.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Minimum B1+ English.
• Excellent written communication.
• Customer orientation and service attitude.
• Availability to work 100% on-site.
• Full availability to work in shifts within the operating hours.
• No previous BPO experience required.
• Experience in Customer Service is a plus.
• Students can apply as long as they have full availability.
